Paw Pilates classes – Terms & Conditions
By booking a class with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and payments
- All classes must be booked in advance to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate walk-ins without a prior booking.
- Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date or time.
- If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to someone else—just make sure they meet the health and safety requirements outlined below.
- To keep classes running on time, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start. We’re unable to allow entry once the session has begun, and late arrivals or no-shows won’t be eligible for a refund.
Age restrictions
- We want everyone to have a great time in class! Participants must be 16 years or older to attend.
- Children aged 12–15 are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) who will also need to book a space.
Class cancellations
- Sometimes, unexpected things happen! While we do our best to keep all classes as scheduled, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low attendance, instructor illness, or venue issues.
If this happens, we’ll offer you the choice of a refund or the option to move your booking to another available date.
Health and safety
Your well-being is important to us! To keep everyone safe and comfortable:
- Please make sure you’re in good health and fit for physical activity. If you’re feeling unwell (including colds, flu, or any contagious illness), please stay home and rest.
- If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies (including pet allergies), kindly let us know before attending.
- If you’re pregnant, we recommend seeking medical advice beforehand and letting your instructor know before class.
- If you have a foot condition (such as a fungal infection, open wounds, or verrucas), please wear appropriate protective coverings.
- Shoes must be removed before entering the studio, and clean socks must be worn during class.
- You participate at your own risk, so if you have any health concerns, please check with a medical professional before attending.
- While we do everything we can to keep classes safe, we can’t be held responsible for any injuries that may occur.
Animal welfare
- Our puppies’ happiness and safety come first! 🐶💕 Please treat them with care and respect at all times.
If anyone behaves in a way that is unsafe or inappropriate towards the puppies, we may ask them to leave the class without a refund.
Photography and video consent
- We love capturing special moments! 📸 From time to time, we may take photos or videos during class for marketing and promotional purposes.
By booking, you agree to possibly being included in these images.
- If you'd rather not be featured, just let us know before class begins—we totally understand!
Amendments to terms and conditions
We may need to update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make any changes, we’ll be sure to let you know via email or on our website. Your continued use of our services means you agree to the updated terms.
